Halcyon Days is a larp organised by Cursebreaker Con Orga with a modern fantasy setting in 1970s/80s Europe. An era full of questions, uncertainties, smouldering and open conflicts, which (at least for us) is visually orientated towards Babylon Berlin and British understatement, and thematically towards urban fantasy à la Supernatural or Buffy – in which urban and ancient myths, cryptids and folklore come not only from the realm of fairy tales…

Since 2004, the ConQuest has been held annually in August on the fantastic playground Brokeloh, near Hanover. In 2025 we are looking forward to a new experience, numerous adventures, interesting plots, great character driven gameplay, a city that never sleeps or stops celebrating and magical ambience.

The ConQuest 2025 is a grand LARP event where about 6000 players, 2000 non-player characters and some fantastical creatures meet every year in August to breathe life into the magical world of Mythodea. More than 1000 storylines, puzzles and adventures have to be solved with brains, brawn and skill to steer the fate of Mythodea in one direction or another.

Anyone who has ever imagined what it would be like to go into battle as a knight, to live as a powerful mage or to be sung of as a noble lady by brave warriors is in the right place in live role-playing, because here you can do exactly this and so much more! Every year, our team transforms a knight’s estate in the middle of Germany into a fantasy world for you to immerse yourself in for a weekend with the help of elaborately constructed backdrops, carefully planned sceneries, effects and numerous ambitious extras. Meet fascinating characters, celebrate in the medieval taverns or pit yourself in swordfighting and leave all the worries of everyday life behind you for five days!
