The Lugnet cottage houses are withing walking distance of public transport, set in a nature reserve popular for walks. There are four houses, with the biggest being Storstugan ("The Large House"), able to seat 50 people. The windows can be opened, the fireplace can be used, there is electricity both more discreet and stronger, and there are plenty of candle holders. Around the main room there are benches set to the walls, but modular tables and benches are available in abundance. There is heating hidden under the wall-benches. Walls and roof are bare wood painted dark.
A simple kitchen has refrigerator and some cooking facilities, and again electricity is available. It has been equipped with some modern equipment, but the caretakers also want to keep the house close to original state, and so have not renovated the room.
Lillstugan ("The Small House") was the original house, and is as the name suggests smaller. It's surrounded by bushes and trees. The large room has an open fireplace, the smaller is great for sleeping or a bit of privacy. This house too has electricity and candle holders.
There is also a house for firewood, and a tucked-away house with a dry-toilet. In those houses there is no electricity.
Behind the large house there is some bare, ice-polished granite, up the hill to the north of the houses there are old ruins, possibly of other houses. The forest is not too dense in the undergrowth, and there are plenty of paths.
Parking is available nearby, with a short walk along a gravel path to the houses. This path continues past the houses, and on sunny days there may be instances of joggers, dog-walkers and others walking past.
The house can be rented for other things than larps, too, but is a popular spot for smaller larps with as diverse themes as Firfly-esque scifi, postapocalyptic fantasy and high court hunting lodge dinner drama.
Never leave live candles unattended.
