Over 1000 test users! – App in development and customization of profile types

Hello all you great testers,

Here’s another sign of life from the Larpbook team. First of all, a warm welcome to all our new testers, we are very happy that we could now grow to a four-digit number! Please spread the word about the larpbook.
We continue to work diligently on the development of the larpbook and recently the focus has been on performance issues, which are now slowly beginning to take effect but are not yet complete.
In addition, the development of an app for iOS and Android has begun, but we do not expect quick results here, as the development effort is considerable and some general conditions still need to be clarified.
The profile types in the larpbook were also adjusted again today. Especially for photographers and artists some fields have been added, please give us feedback in the beta test forum. Unfortunately, the technology does not allow you to simply check several profile types and use them simultaneously, only one profile can be selected per user, which means that we had to set up these combination profiles and will have to continue to do so.

Call to Action!
It would still be fantastic if you could enter locations and events yourself and also try to motivate your friends and acquaintances to do so. The more content you can find on the Larpbook, the more interest there is in actively using the site. The more simultaneous users, the more relevant our test data becomes and the greater the added value for the community.

Hallo ihr tollen Tester:innen,

Hier mal wieder ein Lebenszeichen vom Larpbook Team. Erst einmal ein herzliches Willkommen an alle unseren neuen Tester, wir freuen uns riesig, dass wir nun auf eine vierstelle Anzahl anwachsen konnten! Bitte tragt die Infos über das Larpbook gerne weiter in die Welt.
Wir arbeiten weiterhin fleißig an der Entwicklung des Larpbooks und zuletzt standen vor allem Performance Themen im Vordergrund, die nun langsam anfangen Wirkung zu zeigen aber auch noch nicht abgeschlossen sind.
Außerdem hat die Entwicklung einer App für iOS und Android begonnen, hier ist jedoch nicht mit schnellen Ergebnissen zu rechnen, da der Entwicklungsaufwand erheblich ist und auch einige Rahmenbedingungen noch geklärt werden müssen.
Heute wurden außerdem die Profiltypen im Larpbook nochmal etwas angepasst. Insbesondere für Fotografen und Künstler sind einige Felder hinzugekommen, gebt uns dazu gerne Feedback im Beta-Test Forum. Leider gibt die Technik nicht her, dass man einfach mehrere Profiltypen anhakt und gleichzeitig verwendet, es kann immer nur ein Profil pro User ausgewählt werden, was dazu führt, dass wir diese Kombiprofile einrichten mussten und damit auch weiterhin zurecht kommen müssen.

Call to Action!
Es wäre weiterhin ganz fantastisch, wenn ihr sowohl selbst Locations und Veranstaltungen eintragt, als auch eure Freunde und Bekannten versucht dazu zu motivieren. Je mehr Inhalte man auf dem Larpbook finden kann, desto mehr steigt das Interesse die Seite auch aktiv zu nutzen. Je mehr gleichzeitige Nutzer, desto relevanter werden unsere Testdaten und desto großer ist der Mehrwert für die Community.
