Hallo meine lieben Beta-Tester,Mittlerweile gibt es fantastischer Weise über 500 von euch, das ist total großartig!!
Aktuell läuft von Seiten der Performance noch alles sehr stabil, das beruhigt weiterhin sehr, trotzdem werden wir so schnell wie möglich auf die neue, gesponserte, Hardware umziehen. Eine entsprechende Downtime werden wir rechtzeitig vorher einmal ankündigen.Darüber hinaus haben wir am Wochenende schon ein paar Kleinigkeiten aus dem Beta-Test Forum umgesetzt und dort entsprechend kommentiert. Dazu gehört auch, dass wir Profilfelder für Orga und Vendor hinzugefügt haben, sodass diese beiden Profiltypen nun auch ein bisschen mehr über sich verraten können. Feedback dazu ist gerne wieder im Beta-Test Forum gesehen (am einfachsten über die Suche oben zu finden). Da die Software nicht vorgesehen hat, dass ein User mehrere Profile haben kann, haben wir auch zwei neue Profiltypen eingeführt in denen die Profilfelder für Larpber & Vendor, Larper & Orga und Orga & Vendor jeweils einmal zusammengeführt wurden.
Darüber hinaus haben die Arbeiten an dem Veranstaltungsplugin begonnen, von dem wir glauben, dass es in der Prio quasi ganz oben stehen sollte, denn immerhin dreht sich in unserem Hobby fast alles um eben jene. Bis das aber alles fertig eingerichtet ist kann es noch etwas dauern.
Das Plugin Gtranslate ist vorerst, nach der ersten Testrunde, wieder deaktiviert. Es wird wiederkommen, braucht aber noch ordentlich Anpassungen um funktional genug für einen Livebetrieb zu sein.

In addition, work has begun on the event plugin, which we believe should be at the top of the priority list, because after all, almost everything in our hobby revolves around events. However, it may take some time before everything is ready.
The Gtranslate plugin has been deactivated again for the time being after the first round of testing. It will come back, but still needs a lot of adjustments to be functional enough for live operation.

Keep up the good work, for a beta it is very promising !
If you need help i can help for the translation into french, maybe i can gather enough french people to make it quickly and efficiently. It’s not a priority i guess, but it would be nice.
As for the event plugin, if you can manage an auto distance calculator using the haversine formula https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haversine_formula it would be so awesome. Real game changer for me. You go on an event and based from your location on your profile you have something like “this event is XXX km away from you”
Many events in france are in very small towns you’ve never heard of, so it’s a real issue for me. But maybe it’s not an issue in germany 🙂3
