Und ein nächstes Update von mir,

Wir sind jetzt bei fast 450 Beta-Testern, das ist weiterhin unglaublich fantastisch! Danke an euch alle!
Das Testen notwendig ist bevor hier alles wirklich rund läuft zeigt sich aber auch, vielen Dank also auch an alle von euch die immer neue Probleme, Fehler und Anregungen sichtbar machen und im Beta-Test Forum posten (zu finden über die Suche oben).

Am ärgerlichsten ist, dass das Mail Problem aktuell nicht ganz so einfach zu lösen ist. Die Übergangslösung die Mail über die Google API zu versenden hat heute auch erstmal den Dienst eingestellt, weil einfach zu viele Mails rausgegangen sind. Ich aktiviere also weiter fleißig manuell und bitte euch alle die Info weiterzugeben, dass wenn man auf die Aktivierungsmail wartet, man doch bitte einfach mal ausprobiert ob man schon ohne die Mail einloggen kann.

Weiterhin ist euch bestimmt aufgefallen, dass ich ein Übersetzungsplugin live geschaltet habe. Dieses Plugin nutzt den Google-Übersetzer und integriert damit letztendlich einfach die gleiche Funktion in die Website, die euch auch z.B. der Chrome Browser anbietet. Natürlich passieren dabei all die lustigen Übersetzungsfehler, die immer passieren wenn Google etwas übersetzt. Wenn ihr das störend findet, dann stellt die Sprache auf Englisch, dann sollte eigentlich keine Übersetzung stattfinden, da ich das als Standardsprache der Website festgelegt habe. Wer Vorschläge für ein anderes Plugin als Gtranslate hat, der kann sich gerne bei mir melden, allerdings ist das meiste deutlich zu teuer, da viele Lösungen pro Wort abrechnen und auf einer Social Media Website wirklich viele Wörter produziert werden 🙂

Ich hoffe aber ihr fühlt euch grundlegend schonmal wohl und kommt mit den bisherigen Basisfunktionen zurecht. Die Liste an Dingen die noch kommen könnten und sollen wird schon jetzt immer länger und ich freu mich drauf wo die Reise noch hingeht.

The most annoying thing is that the mail problem is currently not so easy to solve. The temporary solution of sending the mail via the Google API has also stopped working today because too many mails have simply gone out. I am therefore continuing to activate manually and ask you all to pass on the information that if you are waiting for the activation mail, please just try whether you can log in without the mail.

You will also have noticed that I have put a translation plugin live. This plugin uses the Google translator and ultimately simply integrates the same function into the website that the Chrome browser, for example, offers you. Of course, all the funny translation errors that always happen when Google translates something happen. If you find this annoying, then set the language to English, then no translation should actually take place, as I have set this as the default language of the website. If you have any suggestions for a plugin other than Gtranslate, please feel free to contact me, but most of them are far too expensive, as many solutions charge per word and a lot of words are produced on a social media website 🙂

But I hope you feel comfortable with the basic functions so far. The list of things that could and should come is already getting longer and longer and I’m looking forward to where the journey will take us.
